Nordstrom Beauty Department is seeking a customer-focused team member to perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations aligned with customers' beauty goals.

You will collaborate with colleagues to foster a welcoming environment, drive in-store and digital sales, book appointments, and support beauty events and services. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including makeup and skincare trends.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns.
• Empathy and respect for all customers during makeup/skincare sessions.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: continuous movement and light lifting as part of duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals and drive in-store and digital sales with selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay updated on beauty trends through trainings provided by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
