Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and proactively handle concerns.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital channels using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Maintain department presentation and cleanliness; keep up with beauty trends and trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
