Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with latest beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
