Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends via trainings from Nordstrom and partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
