Qualifications

• 2+ years behind the chair.
• Cosmetology license in Florida.
• Passionate about learning and teaching.
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach technical skills in accordance with Aveda Institute standards.
• Evaluate students’ technical performance daily and develop coaching plans.
• Oversee and coach students in haircutting, color, nail, waxing and makeup.
• Teach and coach guest service delivery to create the Aveda guest experience.
• Promote professional behaviors and achievement of productivity benchmarks.
