We are seeking outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
2. Consulting with customers professionally and enthusiastically
3. Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all requirements are met
4. Maintaining a clean and organized salon
5. Handling cash, opening/closing the business
6. Completing daily administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in retail or customer service environments
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
