We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers professionally and upbeat
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all legal and company requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, and manage opening/closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven retail or customer service experience
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
