Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Wareham is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and product demonstrations, and support in-store events to drive sales. You will greet guests, inform them about promotions, and help with product recommendations while ensuring the store remains clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include managing guest loyalty interactions, handling sales and returns, and collaborating with leadership to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma is preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink
• Greet and engage each guest, inform about promotions, and recommend products and services
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better assist guests
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise
