Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Wareham, MA to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product knowledge, and perform sales and cashier duties. You’ll help guests discover beauty solutions, demonstrate makeup and skincare, and support store events while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, tablets, etc.).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with product questions.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Greet guests, suggest products, and facilitate promotions.
• Handle cashier duties and returns/exchanges.
• Assist with in-store events, merchandising, and replenishment.
