Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink
• Provide a guest-friendly environment, greet guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, recommend products/services
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering a great guest experience
