Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor in New Philadelphia, OH to engage clients with a consultative beauty approach and drive sales. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and support visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build loyalty, demonstrate products, and complete required training while contributing to store merchandising and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to advise clients on beauty products.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to support sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Assist with replenishment, price changes and back stock.
• Communicate missed or damaged product or fixtures to the supervisor.
