Job summary
Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will identify needs, suggest products, and deliver an outstanding client experience while maintaining Sephora visual standards and inventory control.
You will participate in training to expand knowledge and contribute to a cohesive, inclusive team. Flexible availability and strong communication are required to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Authentic passion for beauty and client engagement are essential.
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industry is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence customers.
- Must have flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
- Inspire clients by product demonstrations and applications to boost sales.
- Complete required training to expand knowledge.
- Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
- Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
- Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
- Adhere to safety policies and company guidelines.
