Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and a consultative client approach. You will help clients by identifying needs, recommending products, and demonstrating usage to build trust and loyalty.

Maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, support replenishment, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising standards. Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
