Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and client-focused service. You will identify customer needs, demonstrate products, and maintain Sephora-at-Kohl’s standards for merchandising and cleanliness.

The role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and flexible hours including afternoons and evenings. Training is provided to expand beauty knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine interest in beauty and trends.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence customers.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including pricing changes.
• Maintain department visuals and report damaged products to supervisor.
