Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, propose products/services, explain promotions, and recommend complementary items.
• Handle cashier duties, returns, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better assist guests.
