Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Texas is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting sales goals.

You will conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, book appointments for services and events, and stay informed on new products to better assist guests. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet guests, engage, and personalize service while explaining products and promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges and assist online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
