Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an outstanding guest experience in-store. You will engage guests, perform product demonstrations, and help with services while maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to learn product details and features to better assist guests. Flexible schedule is expected, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experiences and greet guests, assess needs, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and follow procedures and compliance standards.
