Ulta Beauty in Fort Collins is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, conduct makeup applications, and support store sales and events. You will greet guests, explain products, and maintain the selling floor with replenishment, while building relationships and staying informed about our offerings.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing service, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering a premium guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
