Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, inform about products and services, and recommend complementary Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges including online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and a well-stocked, clean store environment.
