Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, answer product questions, and promote promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and ensure testers are available.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures and dress code; assist with cash wrap and online orders.
