Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays in-store.

The BA will drive sales through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and by promoting promotions while supporting in-store events and appointments. A passion for beauty and strong product knowledge are essential to connect with guests and grow the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers in-store.
• Assist with cashier tasks and return/exchange processing.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
