Sally Beauty, a leading hair and beauty retailer, is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through their beauty journey and create a memorable shopping experience. You will learn products through Sally Beauty training and bring passion and personality to the team.

In this role you will build relationships, promote loyalty, handle transactions accurately, and keep the store inviting while supporting promotions and events. Availability for various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
