Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey with Sally Beauty training provided.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
Read and explain product labels.
Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
