Sally Beauty is seeking a customer-focused advisor to help customers navigate a wide range of beauty products in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build relationships, inform customers about promotions, and assist with color, cosmetics, skin care and nails to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities include setting up displays, processing transactions accurately, and enrolling customers in the Loyalty program while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills for a memorable shopper experience.
- Product knowledge to assist customers with color, cosmetics, skin care and nails.
- Ability to recommend related and complimentary products and enroll customers in loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promos.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
