Job summary

Southeast Community College Beatrice campus is seeking an Athletics Support Staff member for a part-time, temporary pool. You will support athletic programs across multiple sports, assist with recruitment, scouting, travel, and conditioning, and help manage game-day operations.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible hours and varied assignment locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds for short distances.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with player recruitment and scouting as assigned.
• Drive vans to away games and support travel operations.
• Advise student-athletes on athletic goals and development.
• Teach basic and advanced skills for various sports.
• Coordinate with media and attend games and practices.
• Develop strength and conditioning for practice season.
• Supervise gym and perform other duties as assigned.
