Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to qualify for Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in maintenance or repair.
• High school diploma or GED with vocational training or on-the-job training; or AAS degree in a related technical area.

Responsibilities

• Aid in general building/facilities maintenance.
• Move furniture/equipment within facilities and to storage areas; keep records of items moved.
• Seasonal lawn care: mowing, trimming, raking, fertilizing, spraying, watering.
• Climb ladders to change light bulbs and access equipment/roofs.
• Keep grounds clean from litter and trash.
• Pickup/deliver supplies and deliveries campus-wide.
• Respond to repair and maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment by cleaning and checking after use.
• Clean and wash vehicles.
