Premium Oilfield Technologies in Midland, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Bearing Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, rebuild, and inspect rotating equipment bearings used in oilfield operations worldwide, ensuring precision and quality in demanding environments.

The role emphasizes following drawings, measuring tolerances, and contributing to safe, reliable equipment. We welcome motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude and willingness to train on-site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience required.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and rebuild oilfield bearing assemblies.
  • Inspect components for wear, damage, and defects.
  • Measure bearing clearances and critical dimensions using precision tools.
  • Install seals, races, rollers, retainers, and hardware to specification.
  • Follow engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
  • Complete quality inspections and required documentation.
  • Troubleshoot failed components and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do
