Job summary

stow is seeking a production associate to pre-assemble racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes adherence to QSHE standards and safety, with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement across processes.

The position requires the ability to operate power tools, follow instructions from blueprints, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials per OSHA guidelines.
  • Familiarity with power tools, torque wrenches and basic hand tools.
  • Experience in high-pace, mass production or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
  • Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools.
  • Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

Job Description

The Beamline Paint Stackingis responsible forpre-assembling racking framesand products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assemblyteam.

Responsiblefor motivatingandensuringeveryone works according to the QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.

Complies withthe goals of Lean and continuous improvements within the company.

Acting as challenger thatall executed activities and processes follow QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.

Adhering to safety regulations,maintaininga clean work area, and ensuring materials are replenished.

Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules

Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools

Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards

Perform visual and functional inspections of assembledframes

Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects tolead

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materialsin accordance withOSHA lifting guidelines

Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools

Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to standand walkfor extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail,commitment toquality, anddetecting anomalies.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
