Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an AFS, U-2 Inventory/Material Supply Technician at Beale AFB, California, to manage parts, tools and supplies for the Depot Level Maintenance Teams. You will compile records, requisition materials, and maintain accurate inventory control.

The role requires hands-on experience with forklifts and pallet jacks, strict adherence to safety, and ability to work with confidential and security-sensitive information requiring US citizenship and active clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of USAF/Aircraft parts supply experience or aircraft experience.
• Proficiency in using forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Attention to detail with inventory records and reporting.
• OSHA safety awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Compiles records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued; requisitions supplies and verifies material on receipt.
• Establishes and maintains WIP parts and supplies; stores components safely per procedures.
• Performs complex tasks using advanced techniques; analyzes requirements for projects and assists in studies.
• Applies specialized knowledge to solve problems and support equipment design and development.
