US PharmaLab Inc. is seeking an Operator for Beads in North Brunswick, NJ to run mills, dryers, and blenders, ensuring quality and compliance with SOPs and cGMPs. This is a full-time on-site role with growth through experience in the bead department.

The position requires 1+ year in pharma/nutrition manufacturing, high school or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Company benefits include overtime opportunities and shift differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions precisely and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up mills, granulators, drying ovens, blenders, and screening equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain logs, batch records, and inventory movements.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
• Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Work overtime and weekend as needed.
