Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando is seeking friendly servers to join our vibrant F&B team. You will greet guests, take beverage orders, and ensure accurate delivery of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks at our bayside venues and restaurant areas.

The role requires 2–4 years of hospitality experience, knowledge of alcoholic beverages, upselling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hospitality and serving experience, customer service focus.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and upselling.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages, including menu offerings.
• Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service at Ebb & Flow Restaurant areas, Evermore Bay Beaches, and Cabanas.
• Greet guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner while taking orders.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting dietary restrictions.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain a clean, stocked station.
• Handle guest concerns gracefully and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote specials, pairings, and other offerings as directed.
