• Prepare and portion ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store tools properly.
• Follow food safety guidelines to uphold high quality.
• Assist kitchen team with washing, chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deliver items to other stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and portion control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
