Qualifications

• 2–3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler certification or ability to obtain.
• Willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Work with knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read, recreate, and adjust recipes as needed.
• Maintain consistent food preparation and plating quality.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization of ingredients.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team on menus.
• Prepare ingredients and organize workstations with required tools.
• Keep kitchen sanitized and orderly; store items properly.
