Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa culinary team. We are seeking a driven cook with 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, able to lift 50 pounds, and willing to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts.

You will develop skills in grilling, sautéing, and frying, read and recreate recipes, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen while minimizing waste and ensuring food quality. Join a world-class team dedicated to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have an energetic personality.

Responsabilités

• Develop cooking knowledge in grilling, sautéing, and frying.
• Read, recreate and adjust recipes as directed by culinary leadership.
• Prepare ingredients, read recipes, and ensure proper storage and sanitation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and organization.
• Work with a world-class culinary team to create seasonal menus.
