The role requires a passion for culinary arts, ability to work a flexible schedule including day/night and weekends, and a strong focus on food safety and teamwork within a world-class team.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef in producing and fabricating food for all service channels.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and prep areas.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with menu development and plating.
