Responsibilities

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and look for ways to enhance their meal experience.
• Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely delivery.
• Take guest orders and respond to room service phone calls.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms or meeting spaces with care.
• Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
