TEL Staffing is seeking a Room Attendant for a beautiful resort on Pensacola Beach. This role focuses on evening room refresh, guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience. Flexible schedule, including weekends, and the ability to work evenings are required. The position starts at $15.00/hr and offers part-time to full-time hours in a beach resort

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evening refresh/turndown service in occupied guest rooms as assigned.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and balconies according to resort standards.
• Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, coffee supplies, and guest amenities.
• Make beds, refresh room appearance, and ensure all room features are properly arranged.
• Remove trash, used linens, and room service items from guest rooms and hallways.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for extra linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping needs.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and room deficiencies to the appropriate department.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning assignments as directed.
• Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests and team members.
