Job summary

Peachtree Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, cleaning and servicing rooms and common areas to hotel standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival and maintained to high standards.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, stocking supplies, performing laundry duties, reporting damages, and ensuring exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Must provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members.
• Ability to work as part of a housekeeping team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.

• Report damages or repairs to management.
