Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club is seeking a Beach Services Supervisor to manage daily beach and pool operations, lead a team, and uphold safety and service standards. The role involves budgeting, training, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience across iconic properties along the California coast.

The ideal candidate has associates or higher, strong leadership, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree required.
• Strong focus on guest service and leadership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Beach Services operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met.
• Manage department budget, reports and forecasting.
• Train Beach Services team and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and inventory control.
• Respond to guest and member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enforce Club policies and safety procedures.
