Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area.
• Assist in monitoring beach safety protocols.
• Support the beach team with guest services.
• Perform routine inspections of beach facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other Resort departments.
