Job summary

Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering/maintenance teams and daily operations, ensuring all equipment and the property remain in top condition.

You will develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management and overseeing engineering staff.
• Knowledge of city/state building codes, OSHA, and ADA laws.
• Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and renovations.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of engineering/maintenance departments and staff.
• Maintain all equipment, buildings, and property to high standards.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for renovations and renovations planning.
• Ensure safety inspections are completed and compliance maintained.
