Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies before shifts or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following health and safety standards.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide prompt service.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies and manage cash/credit transactions according to procedures.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages to Bar Manager.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and secure stock.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
