Qualifications

• Current state Massage Therapy license in good standing.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques.
• Additional certifications or experience in hot stone, prenatal, sports, or aromatherapymassage are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage services according to spa standards and treatment protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of concern.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and treatment documentation when required.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain the treatment room before and after each service.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Recommend appropriate services, enhancements, and retail products based on guest needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive, welcoming demeanor.
• Arrive on time and remain prepared for scheduled appointments.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and spa promotions as needed.
