Job summary

TradeWinds Resort on St. Pete Beach, Florida, is seeking a Nail Technician to join our spa team on a part-time, hourly basis. Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, consult with guests on preferences, and maintain a clean, sanitized work area.

The role requires current state Nail Specialist, Nail Technician, or Cosmetology license, completion of an accredited nail program, and strong guest-service skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed nail professional in good standing.
• Completed accredited nail technology or cosmetology program.
• Experience with gel polish, spa manicures and spa pedicures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services per spa standards.
• Consult with guests on nail condition, preferences and results.
• Provide nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage and polish.
• Educate guests on nail care and home maintenance.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the service area.
• Document guest consultations and service records when required.
• Support retail sales through product recommendations.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements and company policies.
