Job summary

TradeWinds Island Resort in St Pete Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join its spa team. Perform massage services to promote relaxation and well-being, following spa standards and protocols, with emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Candidates must hold an active Florida massage license, complete an accredited program, know Swedish and deep-tissue techniques, and be available weekends/evenings/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current state Massage Therapy license in good standing.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques.
• Additional certifications or experience in hot stone, prenatal, sports, or aromatherapy massage preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage services according to spa standards and treatment protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of concern.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and treatment documentation when required.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain the treatment room before and after each service.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
