Pelican Grand Beach Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Pool/Beach Recreation Attendant to warmly greet guests and manage towel services, chair setup, and guest activities on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The role emphasizes outstanding guest interaction, safety, and a vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere.

This full-time, on-site position offers opportunities to engage guests in beachside recreation, lead activities, and uphold high standards in a luxury resort setting with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous beach or pool recreation experience or related luxury/resort service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests of all ages.
• Customer service oriented—friendly, helpful and proactive in anticipating needs.
• Flexible with days, hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to maintain safety and professionalism in outdoor, high-heat environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them by name.
• Set up beach/pool chairs and umbrellas with efficiency.
• Seat guests at pool/beach chairs with professional service.
• Provide towel services to guests and replenish towels from housekeeping.
• Fold towels as needed and keep pool and beach areas clean.
• Engage with guests and lead activities while ensuring safety.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction.
