Job summary

Sea Colony Recreational in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a full-time Beach Lifeguard for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. Compensation is $22.00 per hour. Schedule requires weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and observance of rules.

As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management, supporting a fast-paced hospitality-focused property.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Run and swim test.
• Must have Red Cross Lifeguarding before first day of work.
• Must pass EMR/First Responder certification (offered after hired).

• Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
• Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers.
• Enforces the rules of conduct.
• Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion.
• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Sea Colony Recreational, located in Bethany Beach, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Beach Lifeguard! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Schedule:

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary.

Key Responsibilities of the Beach Lifeguard:

Minimum Qualifications for the Lifeguard:

Eligibility Requirements:
