Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue seeks a full-time program coordinator to supervise and mentor youth in grades 6-12 at our TXL building in Bellevue. You will plan strategies to support on-time graduation, outreach to families, and collaboration with school partners to strengthen academic success.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in after-school settings, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification; 21+ years old; background checks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar after-school setting.
• Experience working with youth, parents and community partners.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old; CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Pass National Background Check and Driving Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and tutor youth in grades 6–12 in the TXL building.
• Plan and implement strategies to ensure on-time graduation for a target group.
• Outreach to families; engage guardians as partners in progress.
• Engage school district contacts to support program activities.
• Build relationships to support academic success and engagement.
• Facilitate BGCA programs to augment the Be Great! Graduate! curriculum.
• Develop individualized academic progress plans for selected teens.
• Assist Be Great! Graduate! Site Coordinator with 21 CCLC programming.
• Attend 21CCLC meetings and events.
