Job summary

Workwize, based in New York, seeks a BDR Manager to lead the Americas outbound pipeline and coach a growing BDR team. You will own outbound channels, analyze results, and continuously improve playbooks while partnering with GTM teams.

You will build a data-driven culture, run structured coaching, and drive weekly and monthly targets, all within a flexible hybrid NYC office environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BDR/SDR management role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of leading outbound pipelines across the Americas.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation across North and South America.
• Run structured 1:1s, live call coaching, and rep-level performance reviews.
• Identify skill gaps early and build targeted development plans to move the needle.
• Create a culture of accountability with high standards and high support.
