Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our NYC team. This 40-hour-per-week, hourly role requires 3 days in the office at 60 Madison Ave and a standard 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

You will help develop outreach strategy, prospect Fortune 1000 employers, generate qualified meetings, and partner with Marketing and Account Executives to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months of professional experience.
• Desire to be a proactive prospector using traditional tools and experimentation with new technologies.
• Highly coachable with focus on growth and career path.
• Data-driven in measuring and improving outreach impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategy, content, inbound lead process, and BDR programs.
• Prospect Fortune 1000 companies via email, phone, and other sales channels.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to the assigned AE.
• Develop critical skills to accelerate a successful career in Sales.
